Feathers are placed in the ears. This accessory is only applicable for long haired dogs. Feathers will be taken out by groomer at next scheduled groom to reduce matting.

Specialty Haircuts require more time and focus; an upcharge may be added depending on size and haircut. This can range between $15-40.
Matting fee may be charged as signed in appointment forms. This is only applicable if groomer spends more than 10 minutes dematting coat or is shaving down a skin tight coat. Either process takes extra time and causes fast wear and tear on equipment. The price can range from $10-40 depending on size of pet and severity of matting.
Handling fee may be added as signed in appointment forms. This is only applicable if groomer is spending more time than typical on a groom for anxious, aggressive or senior pets. Groomer has full right to stop groom if becomes unsafe. This can range from $10-40 depending on size of pet and severity.
If you are late by 15 minutes you will be charged a late fee as signed in appointment forms. $1 a minute after 15 minutes. If you are over 30 minutes late groomer will need to reschedule appointment depending on schedule.
If your pets coat is over an inch in length it is an extra $10-25 depending on size of pet. Longer coats take more time and work than shorter coats. This is so your groomer can spend the proper time and handle with professional care.
