Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To respect both our time and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
• 24-Hour Notice Required
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
• Arrival Window
Please be available at your scheduled time. If you are unavailable upon arrival, it may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
• Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are rare and made solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to enforce all fees regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Repeat Cancellations
Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
